"Rainbow Hill" is a place designed purposefully without any architectural barriers, older adults and persons with disabilities friendly. Equipped with spacious glass elevator, wheelchair accessible. All functional solutions were applied to facilitate maintaining activities of daily living.
While planning landscaping outside the building, our intention was to preserve as much nature as we could to create a perfectly green place where everyone can relax being close to the nature. All cobbled footpaths and other covered surfaces were carefully optimized.
There is also a kind of a cozy open air amphitheatre arranged nearby where different kind of special events are organized for our residents to give them the opportunity to socialize with friends. We try to enrich cultural life by inviting some famous and popular personalities.
All bedrooms in our Senior House are pre-wired for telephone and cable TV, equipped with 24-hour emergency call system. Access to wireless Internet is possible.
Among our skilled team we have experienced professional physical therapists who prepare a custom treatment plan with specific goals for each individual to achieve the highest level of health possible. This is one of the great features of our Senior House from which our senior adults can benefit.
Our residents enjoy their meals in a dining room. All meals are prepared in our modern assembled kitchen, fresh daily, by on-site Chef and are made from organic products from local farmers so served food is not only nutritious and well-balanced but also really tasty and of course healthy.
We know how important for physical and mental health of our residents is a sense of well-being so that we have created an environment where they can develop their hobbies and interests or perform activities they enjoy. In the summertime they can do some gardening and grow their favorite plants.
